Motherhood can be tough.
You may be feeling expectations from yourself or others that lead you feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, out of control, anxious, short-tempered, angry, or guilty. Perhaps you’ve been putting yourself last and slowly drifting from who you are in the process. Maybe you’ve tried your best to always do the “right” thing for your child but it never feels enough and constant comparison just makes it worse.
It’s okay to feel all emotions but it’s not okay to feel like there is no way out.
Motherhood can bring out unexpected emotions that you weren’t prepared for. I will be here to help guide you through all the feelings by finding healthy ways to cope, prioritizing your self-care, implementing healthy boundaries, and living an intentional life around your values. Reconnect to who you are as you embrace motherhood and take care of yourself in the process.
My Experience in Motherhood
I am a wife and mama of two girls. I understand how difficult it can be to work through these thoughts and feelings. I had to actually start taking my own advice, connect and prioritize what’s important to me, lean on supports, and learn how to trust my intuition as a mom. I am walking this path right with you. Let’s get out of “survival” mode and start living a meaningful, whole-hearted life.
